On 2025-07-21 at 13:59 UTC, we detected elevated error rates in our authentication service, causing some users to be automatically logged out. The issue was resolved by increasing the rate limit with our auth provider, and service was fully restored by 15:37 UTC. No customer data was impacted or lost as a result of this incident.

Update
We've noticed recovery in the login service and many of the users are now able to login. The engineering team is working on further remedy.
