On April 4, 2025, at 11:00 UTC, OmniDialer users experienced call failures and received the error message, "We are sorry, an error has occurred." This issue prevented users from successfully initiating calls through the Dialer application.

The Clari Engineering team promptly investigated the incident and identified a recent code change as the root cause. This change was rolled back and the issue was resolved at 12:33 UTC on the same day.
