On 2024-10-01 02:40 UTC, Salesforce published a degraded status notice (https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/13231) relating to a single instance of their platform. Over the following hours, the scope of the notice was expanded to include additional platform instances. Across all of our customers, the Clari platform registered higher than normal errors reaching Salesforce from around 12:00 UTC through 21:00 UTC on 2024-10-02.
Salesforce reported that their issue was resolved as of 2024-10-02 04:31 UTC. The Clari platform is now working as expected.
