On October 25, 2024 at 3:39 UTC, Clari performed a scheduled release of Clari Forecast. Changes to configuration in this release caused degraded performance starting at approximately 15:07 UTC.

Clari immediately focused on resolving this issue. A rollback was initiated and completed by 15:47 UTC, at which point functionality was fully restored. No customer data was at risk during this incident.
