On 2024-07-22 beginning around 5:00 UTC, a code change to the Groove web-app had an unexpected side-effect that caused errors in executing actions within the “new action compose” feature of the product. After discovering the problem through user feedback, a fix was applied to resolve the issue. All features were back to working as expected by 2024-07-22 13:30 UTC. No user data was at risk during this incident.
