On 2025-01-12 and 13, Groove WebApp, Extension, Dialer and Outlook Add-In users encountered sporadic issues logging into LinkedIn through Groove. This was due to an API problem at LinkedIn reported as https://www.linkedin-apistatus.com/incidents/fk1wj964rzts . By 2025-01-13 21:00 UTC, we were able to confirm the issue had been resolved. No customer data was compromised during this incident.

LinkedIn has validated an ongoing issue with LinkedIn AccessToken and Authorization API https://www.linkedin-apistatus.com/. We're monitoring their resolution progress to validate functionality of LinkedIn Sales Navigator within Groove.
